01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "cc6ph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to cc6ph.net and the operating entity behind the platform.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cc6ph platform.
• "Platform" refers to the cc6ph website accessible at cc6ph.net, including all games, services, features, and content available thereon.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on cc6ph.net following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a player on any game or event available on the cc6ph platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cc6ph.net, creating an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

03 Eligibility

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

cc6ph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money games on cc6ph, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.

You agree that:

• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• You will not register using a false identity, alias, or another person's information.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on cc6ph at any time. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

cc6ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

05 KYC Verification

cc6ph is required by applicable Philippine regulations and internal anti-money laundering (AML) policies to verify the identity of all registered players. You agree to cooperate fully with our KYC process, which may require you to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name).
• A selfie or live photo for identity confirmation, where required.

cc6ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or close accounts where KYC verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

cc6ph supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on cc6ph:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• cc6ph processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment information section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• cc6ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any transaction, which may delay processing.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to cc6ph support immediately. cc6ph is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to player error.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

cc6ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with cc6ph.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• cc6ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering requirements.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, cc6ph's decision shall be final and binding.

08 Gameplay & Fair Play

Players agree to the following gameplay obligations:

• You will play solely for personal entertainment and will not use the platform for any commercial purpose.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• You will not exploit any software error, malfunction, or vulnerability. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reversed.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cc6ph and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cc6ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Sharing your cc6ph login credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on cc6ph.net, including but not limited to the cc6ph brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of cc6ph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from cc6ph without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cc6ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the cc6ph platform.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or payment processing estimates.

cc6ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

cc6ph takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. In accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and our own player protection policies, cc6ph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from cc6ph. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

cc6ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Player request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

cc6ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on cc6ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact cc6ph's support team to seek an amicable resolution. cc6ph will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

16 Amendments to These Terms

cc6ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the cc6ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
